Terms and Conditions

By owning an artwork made by me, you agree to these terms.
This includes paid (IE commissions) and unpaid (IE Artfight) work.

• For non commercial use only

• If you repost the commission, please credit me as the artist (“felixwolfstrike” or “Felix Wolfe”). This includes for profile pictures.

• Do not remove my signature

• Do not copy / trace / feed my work into AI

• Do not “edit” or “fix” the artwork once the final commission has been approved.

• The intellectual property, rights of the artwork and copywrite belongs to me.

• I may use the commission for marketing purposes, such as on my website or posting on social media.

• I may use the commission in a commercial project in the future (such as an art book).

• These terms may change in the future.

• Payment is upfront, via PayPal

• No refunds

• Payment is in the currency of Great British Pounds (GBP).

• Please pay within 48 hours of the invoice

• Please send the character reference within 24 hours of payment so I can begin on the commission.

• You will receive the high-resolution file via Google drive

• I will send a WIP at the sketch, flat colour and lighting stage

• You can request up to X2 small changes per stage. Any additional / major requests after this will be an additional £5 fee per change.

• Once each stage has been approved, I cannot go back for further changes.

• If I do not hear for you for over a month after multiple messages from myself, I will terminate the commission.
